My 10 years of playing International ( University), semi- and professional football, as well as competing at cricket, hockey, basketball (amongst other sports), has given me a wealth of understanding of the physical, mental and emotional spaces a sportsman or sportswoman move through – whether they are at their peak, or recovering from injury.
